Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Santosh Tech Labs (“Santosh Tech Labs”, “we”, “us”), through our product DMsify, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). Santosh Tech Labs does not sell user data.

Information we collect

  • Account information: details you provide such as name, email address, and billing information (if applicable).
  • Instagram account connection: information required to connect your Instagram Business account via official Meta-approved Instagram messaging APIs (for example, identifiers, permissions/scopes, and access tokens).
  • Automation data: rules you create (keywords, triggers, reply templates, and flow settings) and operational logs needed to run the automation.
  • Analytics usage: metrics about automation performance (e.g., number of triggered replies, response rates, clicks, and aggregate engagement).
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps for security and performance.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns.

How we use your information

  • Provide and operate the Service (trigger detection, sending DMs, running flows).
  • Secure accounts and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Improve product performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Generate analytics and reporting to help you measure results.
  • Send service communications (onboarding, important updates, support responses).

Instagram data and permissions

When you connect your Instagram account, we request the minimum permissions needed to provide comment-to-DM automation. We use Instagram data only to operate features you enable (e.g., detecting comments that match triggers and sending replies via official, supported Meta messaging APIs).

  • Access controls to limit internal access to customer data.
  • Monitoring and logging for reliability and security investigations.
  • Reasonable retention policies to store data only as long as needed for the Service.

Sharing and disclosure

  • Service providers: we may share limited data with vendors that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, billing), subject to confidentiality.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can request deletion subject to lawful exceptions.

User rights

  • Access, update, or correct your personal information.
  • Request deletion of your account data, subject to legal requirements.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.
