This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for DMsify subscriptions (if offered). If you have questions, contact support@dmsify.in.
Subscription billing
DMsify (a product of Santosh Tech Labs) subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to these payment terms.
Cancellation terms
- You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges.
- You may keep access until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
Refund eligibility
- Monthly plans: generally non-refundable once the billing period starts, unless required by law.
- Annual plans: may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, depending on usage and time since purchase.
- Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly or duplicated charges occur, we will investigate and issue an appropriate refund or credit.
- Service issues: if a verified Service outage or platform API change prevents core functionality for a significant period, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
- Email support@dmsify.in with your account email and details of the issue.
- Include invoices, timestamps, and any relevant screenshots where helpful.
- We may request additional information to verify the charge or diagnose the problem.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
