Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DMsify (the “Service”), a product of Santosh Tech Labs (“Santosh Tech Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Account usage
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Instagram connection and compliance
- You must have the rights and permissions to connect the Instagram account you link to the Service.
- You agree to comply with all Instagram/Meta platform policies and applicable laws. DMsify uses official Meta-approved Instagram messaging APIs for all automations.
- You will not use the Service to send spam, harass users, or violate platform messaging limitations.
Acceptable automation practices
- Use automation to provide helpful, relevant messages tied to user comments or explicit requests.
- Do not impersonate others, mislead recipients, or attempt to evade platform restrictions.
- Do not use automation for illegal activities or prohibited content.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of your automated replies, flows, and keywords.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for collecting contact information.
- You must keep your integrations and connected accounts in good standing.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party outages, or platform API changes. Features may change over time.
Payment terms
- Paid plans (if offered) are billed on a subscription basis, in advance, according to the plan you select.
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees and taxes.
- If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited behavior, or created risk for the Service or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMsify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
